Capital and Expansion: Alternatives, Objectives and Strategies

John Tanselle will co-present at the Indiana Bankers Association annual MEGA Conference. The presentation will address management and legal issues of how boards and management can be proactive in achieving capital growth objectives, achieving reasonable shareholder liquidity, and identifying and pursuing realistic growth opportunities. They will discuss recent capital raises and alternatives, including the selling method used and the type of securities offered; recent combination transactions, including pricing trends and emerging social issues; and the most common challenges for independence faced by Indiana community banks, plus responses to those challenges.
