The Claims Association of Greater Chicago (CAGC) hosts its Annual Spring Seminar in Oakbrook, IL on April 26, 2018. The panel seminar, entitled “Accident Scenario for WC and Liability,” offers attendees an opportunity to expand their professional knowledge of best practices in the life of a workers compensation claim, property damage claim/suit, or personal injury claim/lawsuit.
The panel highlights perspectives from Darren Grady and three other panelists -- an accident reconstructionist, an in house risk manager, and a workers compensation attorney -- and covers common civil defense issues and strategies to improve best practices when a client is faced with a potential claim.
