On December 6, 2016, members of the working group responsible for drafting the legislation, presented a Continuing Learning Education (CLE) program on the Indiana Business Law Survey Commission’s Business Entity Harmonization Project (Senate Bill 443) in Indianapolis, Indiana. This CLE was presented to the ISBA Business Law & Corporate Counsel Sections to advocate support for passage of the Business Entity Harmonization Project (Senate Bill 443) by the Indiana General Assembly.
