EEOC & State Agency Update: 2017 Strategic Plan and Charge Handling

During this session at the 2017 Illinois Municipal League Annual Conference, Julie Proscia will review the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s 2017 – 2021 Strategic Enforcement Plan and its impact on discrimination charge evaluation and handling. Also, it will review charge and investigation best practices, Position Statement preparation and navigating the EEOC portal. Finally, the program will examine the impact of the Trump administration on EEOC practices.
