From Apathy to Empathy: Empowering the Bystander

From Apathy to Empathy: Empowering the Bystander is a new education opportunity as part of the HRMAC 2018-2019 Pilot Program. The initiative is led by the Education Committee and is done in partnership with Second City Works (SCW). Through one 3-hour workshop, attendees will learn how to identify and stop harassment as a bystander, providing them with insights to create an inclusive environment at the office. Join Julie Proscia for this high-energy session that will engage participants in a new way of learning for practical application through a series of skits, short videos, exercises and improvisation.
