The Hispanic National Bar Association Host’s its 41st Annual Conference in Chicago. The conference took place from September 7 through September 10 at the InterContinental Chicago Magnificent Mile with breakout sessions every day on topics ranging from public policy to professional development.
Moses Suarez, partner in our health care group, was a panelist for “Which Bathroom? Legal Challenges to Transgender Rights in North Carolina and the Rest of the U.S.,” which covered legislation that limits the rights of transgender individuals, and what efforts are being taken to challenge it.
