New Local Court Rules for Civil Proceedings – Kane County Bar Association Hosts Civil Practice Committee Meeting

The Kane County Bar Association hosts their Civil Practice Committee meeting on February 9, 2017. Daniel Whiston, board member and partner, hosts and moderates the meeting, focusing on the New Local Court Rules for Civil Proceedings.

Recently, the judges of the 16^th Judicial Circuit approved these rules, in order to update and reorganize the current rules.  KCBA member attendees are invited to review and provide feedback regarding the rules prior to enactment and publication of the new rules.
