Nuts and Bolts of Workplace Investigations

The Chicago-Kent College of Law and National Labor Relations Board Region 13 hosts its Hot Topics in Contemporary Labor Relations Law Virtual Conference on October 15, 2020, covering the most recent developments on the evolving application of the National Labor Relations Act. 

Beverly Alfon joins a panel at 11:15 AM CT to discuss the "Nuts and Bolts of Workplace Investigation". They will give an overview of unfair labor practice investigations from NLRB, employer and union perspectives.

Additional focus will be given to: types of unfair labor practice charges; investigative procedures and best practices; post-investigative steps and resolutions, including settlements; and an opportunity for audience questions.
