Ethics and the Media: Best Practices for Aviation and Space Law Practitioners

This year’s Aviation and Space Law Conference, hosted by the American Bar Association Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section, will discuss the ongoing challenges facing aviation practitioners, including litigation, liability, and other recent updates in the field. Mike McGrory’s session will include a conversation about dealing with the media, while considering both ethics and the clients’ interests. Mike will be joined by Brian Dunkiel, BETA Technologies, and Keith Williams, Lannon & Williams, for the talk, which will be moderated by Brittany Sanders Robb, Robb & Robb.
