The State Bar’s Annual Meeting & Conference is attended by hundreds of judges, lawyers, legal staff and other legal professionals, and legal vendors for multiple days of learning and valuable networking. In addition, these events included high-quality CLE programming for flexible learning opportunities and social activities.
Matt McClean presented on behalf of the Construction & Public Contracting Section on the subject of insurance coverage in construction disputes. His presentation covered the new supreme court cases that impact insurance coverage for construction cases and how companies can maximize insurance coverage issues to benefit their litigation case.
