Join corporate and tax attorneys, Joseph E. Tierney, IV and Mark G. Kmiecik, for a breakout session, “What Does Tax Reform Mean for You and Your Business?”. This workshop will address the implications as well as the opportunities posed by the Tax Jobs and Cuts Act of 2017 as signed into law by President Trump on December 22, 2017. As the modifications to the business tax rules are permanent and fairly comprehensive, the presenters will focus this session primarily on the related impact for small and midsized businesses. For those interested in the changes impacting individuals, a brief overview will be provided.
