$29.1M Refinancing Secured for Madison Apartment Development

Overview

Amundsen Davis assisted our client in refinancing Phase II of a multifamily apartment development. The refinancing was achieved with long-term financing provided by a capital markets exchange program. Phase II, located on the east side of Madison, WI, comprises 146 apartment units. Our client was able to lock in a low 4.61% interest rate on a $29.1 million loan for a 10-year term, allowing them to pay off an existing construction loan.
