Overview
Alice Lin represented a NYSE-listed health care real estate investment trust (REIT) on tax components of funding and transaction structuring. As part of the representation, Alice reviewed loan documents and drafted complex tax opinions related to continued REIT qualification as well as analyzed and provided opinion on REIT income test qualification and REIT asset test qualification.
