Overview
Amundsen Davis defended a company in the cryptocurrency industry that was sued by its former business advisors for breach of contract, unjust enrichment/quantum meruit, intentional interference with prospective economic relations, alter ego, fraudulent transfer of investment funds in Bitcoin, and breach of covenant of good faith and fair dealing. We conducted thorough legal research and case analysis when the case was initially filed and briefed the motion to dismiss for all eight counts of the claims brought by the plaintiffs. When the parties decided to resolve this matter through mediation, we also prepared the confidential mediation submission and all supporting documents for the client. This case was resolved through a successful settlement favorable to the client.
