Overview
Amundsen Davis assisted in the sale of restricted securities from a client's previous employer in order to diversify our client's portfolio. We helped the client negotiate a secondary stock purchase agreement with a private investor and obtain approval from the stock issuer for the $12.7 million sale of the stock.
