Joe Tierney assisted a real estate holdings company in securing a lease with an option to purchase for a school facility on Milwaukee’s northwest side. This site, formerly occupied by a charter school, was suddenly closed after four years in operation, leaving 60 students to find new schools. The real estate holdings company was a Waukesha-based provider of private education across three states and this site was the seventh Wisconsin location under this particular education network.
