Obtained a Not Guilty Verdict Defending Against Fraud, Defamation, and Alleged Breaches of Non-Compete Agreements

Amundsen Davis obtained a not guilty verdict in a claim brought by a prominent roofing company against three former employees and top salesmen. After a three-day bench trial, the Judge ruled for our clients finding that the plaintiff had failed to present sufficient evidence that our clients defamed their former employer, breached their non-compete agreements, or tortiously interfered with the former employer’s business.
