Overview
Amundsen Davis represented a manufacturer in a lawsuit filed against the manufacturer and an installer based on an allegation of breach of warranty. We vigorously defended the manufacturer, and were able to successfully argue to the claimant that the warranty was inapplicable to the claim, and obtain a voluntary dismissal on behalf of the manufacturer. We also provided general advice to the manufacturer regarding minimizing potential liability exposure.
