Obtained a Voluntary Dismissal of a Lawsuit Alleging Claims for Negligent Entrustment and Loss of Consortium Against Insurance Company

Amundsen Davis obtained a dismissal in favor of an insurance company client in connection with claims brought against it for negligent entrustment and loss of consortium with respect to an accident involving a pedestrian and a hit-and-run vehicle that was borrowed from a car-sharing company. The court dismissed plaintiffs’ causes of action against the insurance company without prejudice and Amundsen Davis subsequently obtained a voluntary dismissal on behalf of the company.
