Amundsen Davis successfully obtained summary judgment rulings in a long-running Washington state environmental coverage action involving hundreds of sites in in the Pacific Northwest. The favorable rulings addressed issues including: duty to defend; scope of defense costs; application and exhaustion of the general liability aggregate; application of the anti-stacking, non-cumulation clause in the business auto coverage; application of the owned property exclusion; and trigger regarding general liability and business auto coverage.
