Obtained Zoning and Related Approvals for a Live Music Venue Developer to Construct a $50 Million Complex

Amundsen Davis represents a live music venue developer and operator that needed to obtain zoning and related approvals allowing the client to construct a $50 million complex with two indoor concert halls that will have capacities of 800 and 4,000 persons. Located at the Deer District in downtown Milwaukee developed by the Milwaukee Bucks, significant opposition arose during the public approval process. We successfully represented the client before the city Plan Commission and several committees of the Common Council to obtain the required zoning approvals.
