In a lawsuit brought in the Circuit Court of DuPage County, the firm achieved a dismissal with prejudice on behalf of a member of a prominent, national professional association of physicians, who was sued for Defamation after questioning the potentially unethical tactics of a nominee for president of the association. On appeal, the trial court decision was affirmed by the Second District Appellate Court.
