Amundsen Davis represented a restaurant owner in a shareholder dispute where the restaurant was facing an imminent risk of losing its liquor license upon which the restaurant relied to survive, due to other shareholder’s criminal activities unrelated to the restaurant business. We briefed and argued the emergency motion for a temporary restraining order on behalf of the client and successfully helped keep the restaurant’s liquor license, while maintaining the client’s eligibility to apply for a new liquor license for his future businesses.
