Represented Group of Orthopedic Surgeons in a Slip and Fall Incident

Amundsen Davis represented a group of orthopedic surgeons in their defense of a lawsuit filed by a patient regarding a slip and fall incident in their parking lot.  Plaintiff slipped and fell on a fresh snowfall in the parking lot while entering the building for a physical therapy session after undergoing a shoulder surgery.  Plaintiff re-injured his shoulder and injured his knee, necessitating multiple surgeries.  The court granted summary judgment in our favor and this ruling was affirmed on appeal.
