Overview
Amundsen Davis represented out-of-state clients in judgment debt collection cases and successfully helped the clients enforce the judgment that they obtained in lawsuits filed in jurisdictions outside of Illinois, but were seeking to enforce such judgments against the defendants in the State of Illinois.
