Overview
Joe represents acquiring companies in a variety of stock and asset business purchases. Most recently, Joe participated in the acquisition of a group of manufacturing companies throughout the Midwest. Joe also represents sellers in a variety of mergers and acquisitions, structuring sales to minimize tax impacts on sellers and take advantage of unique ownership structures. He works with sellers across industries, including manufacturing, trucking, software, furniture, and investment companies.
