Overview
Amundsen Davis successfully defended a masonry contractor in a construction injury case where the plaintiff allegedly incurred damages of more than $600,000. We actively participate in all stages of this matter, from conducting legal research and case analysis, briefing and arguing discovery motions and dispositive motions, to handling written discovery and oral discovery. Eventually we got the client voluntarily dismissed by the plaintiff from this case without paying any damages.
