Overview
Amundsen Davis successfully defended an owner and operator of a crane from a personal injury that took place at a manufacturing facility. The motion to dismiss was granted when the court agreed with our interpretation of the discovery rule, and held that the discovery rule did not apply to the case and therefore, the lawsuit had been filed outside of the applicable statute of limitations.
