Our firm successfully moved to strike the claims of non-Illinois residents from a federal class action alleging a performance group sent faxes in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. We were one of the first firms in the country to obtain an order striking nonresident claims on the basis of the Supreme Court’s ruling in Bristol-Myers.
