Successfully Represented a Primary Care Physician Before the Various Illinois Disciplinary Boards of the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation

Moses Suarez represented health care providers before the Illinois various disciplinary boards of the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR). He successfully defended a primary care physician alleged to have failed to order follow-up chest x-ray after a hospital admission for diagnosis and treatment of pneumonia. Failure to order follow-up chest x-rays allegedly resulted in delayed diagnosis of lung cancer. Based on presentation of evidence, Moses obtained a non-disciplinary order for the physician.
