Overview

Amundsen Davis tried American Arbitration Association (AAA) arbitration representing a roofing contractor that installed a metal roof at the showcase Union building of a university.  The roof leaked because the seams were allegedly not properly rolled. The plaintiff sought $2.2M in damages. We offered $200K at mediation and arbitrators found the client causally liable for $135K in damages and found the architect causally liable for $1.5M in damages.
