Attorney Brandt N. Hardy Joins Amundsen Davis's Banking & Financial Institutions Practice Group in Indianapolis

Attorney Brandt N. Hardy joins the law firm of Amundsen Davis where he delivers a full range of legal services to our financial institution clients in the structuring and documentation of commercial and real estate loans.

Brandt has more than three decades of experience representing regional and national institutions in the areas of banking law and creditor’s rights. He assists clients in various matters including, commercial loan workouts, debt restructuring, foreclosures and receiverships. He also protects his clients’ interests in bankruptcy proceedings.

Brandt’s broad background in public and private practice, combined with 21 years of experience as in-house counsel to bank lending and workout officers, offers banks and other financial institutions skilled, practical, and experienced counseling and support to assist with all types of business problems.
