Overview
Attorney Elisabeth Townsend Bridge joins Amundsen Davis’s Intellectual Property Group in Milwaukee as co-chair. Lisa advises clients as to how to develop and protect their trademarks both in the United States and abroad, enforces clients’ rights in their marks against infringing users, and negotiates resolutions of infringement concerns.
Her practice includes patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret matters. She aids clients with licensing and distribution agreements, dispute resolution and administrative proceedings, and due diligence in corporate transactions and advertising concerns.
Lisa has handled trademark matters worldwide, gaining vast insight into foreign legal systems. She was part of two American Bar Association delegations to China to discuss intellectual property law with Chinese officials.
Lisa serves as Honorary Consul to the country of Belgium in Wisconsin, helping Belgian citizens when they are in need. Outside the office, Lisa is enthusiastic about the arts and has been involved with several organizations that support fine arts, including previous service as chair of the Renaissance Theaterworks in Milwaukee. She is also passionate about environmental issues and serves as a board member and former chair for WasteCap Resource Solutions, which provides deconstruction management, waste reduction and recycling assistance to governments and businesses.
