On Thursday, March 10th, Amundsen Davis promoted the following two attorneys to partner:
Heather Bub, Partner, Product Liability, St. Louis MO
Heather focuses her practice on product liability, premises liability, commercial litigation, real estate and zoning litigation and toxic tort matters. She serves as president of the Women Lawyers’ Association of Greater St. Louis. In 2014, Heather was recognized as an “Up & Coming” lawyer by Missouri Lawyers’ Media.
Moses Suarez, Partner, Health Care, Chicago IL
Moses handles claims arising from complex medical issues which commonly include adverse maternal and fetal outcomes, as well as complex vascular injuries. Formerly a nursing assistant and pharmacy technician, Moses has a deep understanding of the health care and dental industries and focuses his work in medical malpractice litigation, health care compliance and probate matters. He is a member of the board of directors of the Lesbian and Gay Bar Association of Chicago, a member of the steering committee for the Professional Liability Underwriters Society, a committee member of the Chicago Healthcare Risk Management Society and an active member of Amundsen Davis’s Committee for Diversity and Inclusion.
