We are excited to announce that Robert J. Ambrose has joined us as a Partner in our Chicago office.
Robert is an accomplished litigator and trial attorney with over 25 years of experience. He joins our Business Litigation Service Group handling complex state and federal business litigation matters involving breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, corporate member and partner disputes, shareholder disputes, fraudulent transfer, and securities claims. He also represents clients facing a variety of employment-related issues, including employment discrimination, wrongful termination, and noncompete violations, and likewise litigates patent and trademark infringement disputes. The experience he brings us is invaluable.
