Michael Resis was recently quoted in a Chicago Daily Law Bulletin article titled, “Bill write-offs can’t reduce awards: Panel.” The article addresses a recent state appeals ruling that proclaimed that jury awards for medical bulls in injury cases can’t be reduced for the amount of bills the health provider writes off.
