Meet Margaret, a dedicated commercial real estate specialist with a knack for problem solving who brings vast experience in commercial real estate, banking, and public office to the Real Estate, Zoning & Public Finance Group.

Margaret is dedicated to making the process of buying, selling, and developing real estate easy to understand and seamless by building strong relationships with clients and bringing all parties together. Margaret is particularly adept at addressing ever-changing markets through creative deal structures and ensuring the firm’s clients grow their portfolios. As a licensed Wisconsin real estate broker, she brings in-depth knowledge of title insurance, entitlements, and corporate structure to her work. Her role includes assisting with many aspects of purchasing, financing, and sales of commercial real estate throughout the Midwest.

Outside of work, Margaret is an active participant in the real estate and local communities and is a former host of a Wisconsin Real Estate Investors Association monthly lunch and learn series.
