Overview
Michael believes that using his voice on his clients' behalf is a powerful tool that can affect real change. This is one of the most important lessons he learned during his 18-year tenure as a criminal prosecutor.
Michael brings the same fearless and empathetic advocacy from his criminal trial experience to his civil work at Amundsen Davis, where he primarily focuses on insurance defense, contract disputes, and trusts and estates litigation. In addition, Michael strives to take the time to truly understand the challenges each of his clients is facing. Having tried over 135 cases, his clients can rest assured that they are working with a very seasoned trial attorney who has no hesitation fighting for their interests when necessary.
Outside of the office, Michael uses his leadership skills to strengthen his community. He is a dedicated volunteer at various nonprofit and professional organizations.
