Olivia N. Daily

Olivia (She/Her) knows that every client has different needs and enjoys finding a tailored solution to tackle every issue they bring to her. Her clients appreciate her willingness to find the most beneficial solution for their individual circumstances; open and honest communication; and clear, thorough explanations of her analysis and advice.

As a member of the General Liability Service Group, Olivia represents clients of all sizes, from large companies to small local businesses. She advises on insurance coverage issues, fraud, and contract interpretation. Her past experience has also focused on health care litigation, environmental actions, and regulatory disputes.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys being active in her community – an avid reader, she has a particular interest in supporting public libraries.
