Danielle Fadel assisted a client with the sale of a logistics provider with expertise in parcel audit, shipping and technology services, and experience managing transportation across all parts of the world. The buyer, a portfolio company of a private equity group, contacted the owner after learning of the synergies. Despite the owner not looking to sell, the buyer presented a very attractive offer, including a multi-million dollar potential earn-out payment, and an opportunity to continue the owner’s work in logistics and the deal was closed.
