Overview

Anne Fishbeck defended a limousine company and driver against a lawsuit related to a motor vehicle accident wherein the co-defendant driver struck the limousine in which the plaintiff was a passenger. The plaintiff alleged that the limousine company and driver were negligent in the operation of the limousine and the case proceeded to trial given the plaintiff’s pre-trial demand. Anne tried the case on behalf of the limousine company and driver. At trial the plaintiff asked for more than half a million dollars in damages and the jury returned a defense verdict in favor of Anne’s clients.
