Overview
We are excited to welcome Edward C. Harcourt to the Transportation & Logistics Service Group in our Indianapolis office.
Ed represents trucking and transportation service outfits, logistics brokerage firms, associated industry operations, and insurance carriers. He enjoys working with clients that present him with new projects and novel issues that allow for curiosity fueled deep dive research. In addition to representing his clients in trucking accidents (i.e., de minimis protective investigations to catastrophic loss rapid responses) and brokerage operations, Ed’s practice also focuses on the following: contract drafting/negotiation and consulting services; agricultural liability; environmental spill/contamination and remediation; product liability; premises liability; and wrongful death matters.
