NBC Nebraska News 2 Interviews Luke Fedlam on NCAA's NIL Rules

"Over the past year things have gotten very interesting concerning College Athletics after the introduction of the new Name, Image and Likeness Rules. Since the introduction of these rules in 2021 athletes now have the chance to receive compensation from the use of their name, image or likeness."
