A recent Law360 article discussed the NLRB's announcement that it would start working more in partnership with other federal agencies on cases. They claim that this will be more efficient, and lead to better decisions. To accomplish this, the NLRB will need to focus their attention on training agency staff to work in the collaborations. The agencies, however, may not have the time to dedicate to this training. "They have a hard time keeping up with what they need to do on a day-to-day basis," Risch said in the article. "I have my doubts that this can be successfully implemented in line with the general counsel's intent."
