Overview
Madeline (She/Her) knows that business is personal. When she was growing up, her parents owned a small business and she saw first-hand how issues can impact someone’s livelihood. As a litigator, she takes the time to introduce herself to her clients and understand their issues because she knows how important it is to help them find the right solutions.
As a member of the firm’s Transportation & Logistics Service Group, Madeline represents transportation companies facing negligence, statutory and regulatory violations, insurance issues and personal injury claims. Her clients value her patience, and that she takes the time to really understand their issues instead of rushing to an answer.
Madeline knows the value of customer service. She thinks quick on her feet and remains calm in chaos. She credits her steadiness as a litigator to her previous work experience in the service industry.
