Student-Athletes or Employees? The Multimillion-Dollar Question

Luke Fedlam co-authored the article, "Student-Athletes or Employees? The Multimillion-Dollar Question," which discusses the history of collegiate athletics as well as the current landscape of student-athletes’ fight to become employees. The article further details what will happen if student-athletes succeed in being labeled employees under the FLSA. There are many consequences to consider, but some of the biggest challenges would center around equity.
