Overview
Lisa finds enjoyment in helping clients complete their projects and achieve success in their business goals. She strives to be responsive, provide honest advice, and write contracts that prevent future disputes and continue to serve her clients over time.
As a partner in Amundsen Davis’s Real Estate, Zoning & Public Finance group, Lisa offers practical and strategic solutions and counsel to her clients. She has extensive experience representing business owners, developers, homeowner associations, and individuals involving a wide variety of real estate issues. Her real estate experience includes residential and commercial development, leasing, construction, zoning and entitlements, financing, and resolution of complex title issues.
In connection with real estate work, Lisa helps clients with a variety of public and private financing solutions for completing their projects. She has skillfully navigated the process of gaining approvals from local governments in support of her clients’ intended use of real property. She has many years of experience negotiating, documenting, and supporting real estate projects from land purchase through governmental approvals, construction, and completion. She also remains involved in ongoing project work, including the organization, documentation, and management of homeowner and condominium associations; leasing; lot sale contracts; copyright of design plans; loan review, negotiation, and documentation; and managing changes over time.
Lisa also handles a variety of work related to business organizations, including formation, maintenance, ownership agreements and transfers, and sale of business or business assets. This experience extends to trademark registration and maintenance as well.
Outside of the office, Lisa enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering in her community, and remaining an active member of her church.
