Amundsen Davis represented an international direct sales business in a suit for breach of restrictive covenant and nondisclosure agreements, and other claims including, trade secret misappropriation and breach of fiduciary duty, against a former key manager alleged to have formed similar business while still employed by the client, using its protected work product and intellectual property.
Amundsen Davis defended the general contractor of a hotel construction project in Lake County against wrongful death and survival claims after a subcontractor’s employee was killed in a fall at the construction site. We engineered an extremely favorable settlement of the matter involving complex insurance coverage disputes between the four co-defendants.
