The executive denied making any contact with the plaintiff, who was claiming significant spinal injuries. After conducting an in depth investigation into the plaintiff, it was discovered that he was playing in a semi-pro basketball league, despite his claims of debilitating injuries. Surveillance was conducted and we obtained footage of the plaintiff playing basketball. The footage was provided to opposing counsel and the case was dismissed.
