Successfully settled matter involving claim of sex assault on a patient by therapist. The allegations centered on the defendant’s failure to have a policy in place prohibiting therapists from being alone with patients. Evidence revealed the relationship was consensual, but settlement resulted for minor cost of defense before suit was filed.
